Stretch & Mobility Flow Training
Happening November 7th - 9th, our Stretch & Mobility Flow Training is designed for anyone experiencing tightness or stiffness—from desk workers and athletes to aging adults, those recovering from injury, and anyone looking to improve mobility and flexibility through full-body movement.
Unlocking Practical Spirituality
A Playshop in Exploring Your Inner World - Join us to explore the depths of the psyche, reveal hidden truths, foster personal growth, and build stronger self-awareness. This playshop will help you unlock your innermost thoughts and emotions, discover the true essence of your being, and unleash your masterful Self. Sunday, Sept 21st from 12-5 pm. Exchange: $120. Wolf Flow

Qigong
Happening Sundays at 11:45 am on 9/7, 10/19, 11/16, and 12/7. Qigong, pronounced (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. During this workshop, you will learn a set of exercises called "Between Heaven and Earth," activated each of the eight extraordinary meridians.
