Our system of 8 different classes ranging from the least to the most physical intensity is an easy structure to give you the BEST results from your practice.

(Think pain relief, stress reduction, symptom management, deep muscular strength, and mental confidence to embrace everything in your life.)

Begin with any class you like, but be sure to allow yourself to experience and enjoy all 8 classes. The ultimate goal of the Fearvana Yoga practice is a body and brain that feels FREE, WHOLE, and UNITED on the mat and out in the world.

Class Descriptions

MEDITATION

When you struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, or racing thoughts, a calm, peaceful mind can seem so far away it’s foolish to even wish for it. BUT, when you meditate (even a few times each month, even if you think you “can’t sit still”), a peaceful and spacious mindset and a resourced and calm body is within reach.

This class is movement-free and brain-and-breath focused— and a CRUCIAL part of your Fearvana Yoga practice. When your mind is calm, open, and relaxed, your body will follow with more ease and speed, so be sure to make this class a regular part of your month. Suitable for ALL experience levels.

BLISS RESTORATIVE

In our rush-rush-rush weekly “hustle,” it can be tempting to approach your movement practice the same way— or else (you might think), what’s the point? Yoga teaches us the value in slowing down— just as much as pushing ourselves to accomplish more. (Which feels GOOD, don’t get us wrong— but so does recovering and supporting your system, between bigger challenges.)

When you allow yourself to move slowly, intuitively, and restoratively, you accelerate your results— like better sleep, deeper strength, growing confidence, heightened resilience, and pain relief. Get to Bliss Restorative once a week and give your body and brain a chance to sigh and say “YES, this is exactly what I needed today.”

YIN

Our wellbeing thrives in the opposites. Not all yoga is (or should be) fast and hot. YIN yoga helps us restore our connective tissues + build profound flexibility and release in tight body regions (like your tense shoulders and frozen hips and hamstrings) with supported poses that last a loooooooonnnnnnngggg time.

So that you can actually feel what each movement does with and for your body, one breath at a time. Bonus: your brain gets some deep care too by amplifying your focus and getting in the “bubble” of self-awareness (without interference from the outside would for a whole hour.)

Suitable and recommended 3+ times per month for ALL experience levels.

STRETCH AND MOBILITY FLOW

This class is the meat-and-potatoes of your practice. Though the flow and sequences change every week, you’ll be surprised at how quickly you learn the movements and feel a sense of body mastery.

Enjoying this class 2+ times per week means that you’ll loosen tense muscles while strengthening body regions you never knew existed— gently, and patiently, but also with growing focus and confidence. (BONUS: It’s a perfect enhancer for your regular pursuits like weight lifting, running, biking, or other activities you want to KEEP doing forever— without pain or injury.)

FLOWVANA I

Every traveler on the Fearvana Yoga pathway needs a BRIDGE— and this is yours. You’ll begin learning your limits, challenging your strength and stamina, and deepening your body and brain understanding, so that you can safely and joyfully achieve new yogic triumphs— like more powerful flows, balancing sequences, and inversions + a faster pace for stamina development.

If you think you can’t, you CAN. We’ll lead the way and help you discover your mettle and amplify your motivation to be body-and-brain EXCELLENT in this stop on the Fearvana path.

FLOWVANA II

What happens when you experience your own balance + strength + stamina + knowledge + confidence + focus + breathwork? You start to know a sense of joy and vitality in your brain and body that has no match.

That’s where we go in this powerful Fearvana staple. At this point in your journey, yoga becomes infinitely more at “home” in your system— so that you get on the mat and you automatically know what to do— with just a little guidance from your seasoned teacher. (C’mon— how often does that happen in our lives?!?!)

Visit this class often once you’ve navigated the initial yoga learning curve. Vitality and whole person well-being are yours for the having right here.

HOT FLOWVANA

Enjoy everything from Flowvana II with a temperature twist. And get ready to S-W-E-A-T it out for 60 minutes of expanded flexibility, pain relief, and a rush of “I totally just did that!”. (Ummm, we have towels— you’ll need one.)

Caution: Skip this class if you’re pregnant, have high blood pressure, or are recovering from an acute injury.

WOLF FLOW

Ever wondered what it feels like to be an “alpha” wolf? We’ve curated a practice designed to get you as close as we can. Wold Flow is the pinnacle of the Fearvana Yoga journey.

In 60 minutes, we’ll invite you to challenge your mind and your body to the max and discover what happens when strength + flexibility work at their peak within you. We start with a rigorous Sun Salutation warm up to build strength and power, followed by deep stretching to build flexibility, and then followed by deep step-by-step work with 3-4 apex poses that invite you to play along your comfort edges and achieve what you never believed was possible for you.

Finish this practice with a seated savasana. Walk out regal and elated, knowing you can do ANYTHING on or off the mat. Power on, Fearchasers!
