Rule # 1 - JUST SHOW UP.

No more excuses. JUST SHOW UP. It’s literally the hardest thing about starting (and continuing) yoga. Look at the schedule and just come 15 minutes early and we’ll take care of you from there. We will give you a tour and answer all your fabulous questions and address any of your concerns.

If you are brandy new to the studio, come prepared and fill out this waiver and bring with you, otherwise you can also do this when you come in:

Where do I set up?

There are blue circular markers all over the floor on where to set up. Find one, and set up camp!

Hydate!

We have a water fountain on site so bring a water bottle! It is recommended you hydrate before and during class.

Parking

We are located right on the Boulevard in Kenilworth. There are lined parking spaces all throughout the Boulevard, a small parking lot behind the studio, and plenty of street parking on 24th street.

What class do I take?

We offer 8 different classes for all the levels to cover the full-spectrum of yoga ranging from low to high physical intensity. You’ve read the CLASS DESCRIPTIONS right? If you’re still not sure, we usually recommend starting with Stretch & Mobility Flow. From there, you can gauge your physical level lower or higher or stick with Stretch & Mobility Flow.

Do I need to reserve my spot on MINDBODY?

YES. We leave a few spots for drop in students but we highly encourage you to register online either on the MINDBODY smart phone app, or on the computer. Those who register always have preference in the event of a full class and have ease of booking all future classes.

What do I do once I get there?

Your instructor or karma yogi will greet you and answer any questions you have. You will also need to sign a waiver if you have not already. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early prior to class to get settled in and to snag a good spot in the room. We ask that you leave your shoes by the door and tell us more about yourself

What do I need to bring?

You only need to bring yourself in comfortable clothes! We provide everything you will need for class. Just show up. We provide mats, blocks, straps, blankets, pillows, bolsters, mat cleaner, eye pillows, and towels (for your sweat and/or to clean your mat after class) to borrow during your practice for your ultimate convenience. Mat and blocks are sanitized after every use and all other props are washed once a month.
