A Greece Journey on a Boat

Christa here! When I envision Greece, I see jaw-dropping ancient ruins, clear blue waters, and a kaleidoscope of wonder of the myths and legends, culture, food, and it’s delightful people. When my dear friend and mentor, Triccia Ramos, asked me to be the resident yoga instructor, my brain may have glitched!

This Greece Retreat in June 2026, is foremost an experience on sail boats. This for me is HUGE. Not because I have a particular love for boats, but because the boat is a symbol of passage and exploration of the unknown, and in the unknown. It symbolizes a spiritual journey on the sea of life, traversing through both calm and potential stormy waters. As spiritual retreats go, being surrounding by water, sky, beautiful terrain, and nature for a few days can only bring us back to deeper connection with the things that truly matter. Can we literally go with the flow? I can’t imagine putting that into practice anywhere but the Aegean Sea.

From June 20-27, we will be island hopping as a flotilla (a collection of small ships) to places away from the tourist crowds to 3-4 islands that will be determined when we arrive due to weather patterns. It could be Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Epidaurus and/or Astros. OR… Kythnos, Sifnos, and Serifos. Which begs the question, are you able to trust and throw caution to the wind? Literally, because we are dependent on wind speed for our trusty sail boats :)

Along with private chefs and hosts on each boat, included excursions (not limited to hiking, paddle boarding, snorkeling), dinner at handpicked authentic Greek restaurants on each island, yoga in a different locale every day with yours truly, and life-changing playshops with Triccia to facilitate your revelatory journey inward.
