2024 Fearvana Yoga Teacher Training

  • Fearvana Yoga 600 Boulevard Kenilworth, NJ, 07033 United States (map)

You are ready.

Any doubts you may have, grab them, throw them to the ground, and stomp on them. Becoming a yoga teacher or simply the desire to enhance your yoga practice requires only one thing... showing up. And that takes courage.

It all begins with you wanting to take this on. Being a yoga teacher doesn’t mean having practiced yoga for three months or ten years. Becoming a yoga teacher is all about intention, willingness to learn, and standing above the doubts and fear. Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice or to begin your career in wellness, you are ready.

This training will build your confidence and your ability to successfully lead a class as well as ignite your personal practice. However, you might find the side effects of yoga teacher training to be worth sooo much more. You'll experience the true meaning of challenging and rewarding hard mental and physical work, enhance your self-understanding through self-inquiry, learn the nitty-gritty details of anatomy, yoga philosophy, and serious work required to build your confidence to be truly seen and heard, and finally what it feels to be part of a community going through the same grueling but life-changing experience as yoga teacher training.

Fearvana Yoga Teacher Training will be based off the Fearvana philosophy:

“The path to inner peace is the pursuit of a worthy inner war. We achieve oneness of mind, body, and spirit by practicing this duality of yoga. Through the challenge of continuously obtaining mental stillness and physical greatness is the journey. This in turn, builds the spirit.”

Fearvana is the concept of finding your worthy struggle. It takes fear. It requires you to continue to show up for yourself. Once you overcome that worthy struggle, the person who had the guts to jump will experience or see glimpses nirvana. But fearvana is a lifestyle. You keep finding your limits and you keep pushing the boundaries of yourself.

200 Hour Fearvana Yoga Teacher Training (FYTT) will encompass everything for the FYTT graduate to successfully lead a class. Fearvana Yoga believes in the full-spectrum of yoga with our 8 signature yoga class spectrum: from Meditation, Bliss Restorative, Yin, Stretch & Mobility Flow, Flowvana I, Flowvana II, Hot Flowvana, and Wolf Flow.

This teacher training will introduce the novice teacher to find their style and their authentic voice while giving them the tools to be able to comfortably teach a yoga class. We believe a teacher should be introduced to the full spectrum of yoga from the low intensity classes to the high intensity classes. From there, they can find the type of class that suits them best.
